We emphasize the caring aspects of our services by being especially mindful to educate our clients about their options, the consequences, and provide clear guidance and counsel. Our educational focus will continue to be a hallmark of Second Start. We create a respectful relationship with our clients, working with them in a one-on-one setting, so they may be able to make the best decision for themselves and their families. Our approach balances education, enhancement of self esteem, personal responsibility and empowerment, to help our clients move forward to build a secure future.

The Management Team consists of two principals Jamie Ryan Ryke, J.D. and Andrew Jay Thav, J.D. Uniquely, they met as children, grew up together and have shared a vision since their early years to create a new style of legal practice. After they completed professional preparation, they founded the law firm of Second Start, P.L.L.C. in 2002. They are a dedicated, working Management Team providing their proven expertise in the law.

Currently the firm employs two other full time attorneys: Jeffrey David Thav, J.D. and Amy Kathleen Gardner, J.D. These attorneys effectively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the firm with a focus in the courts.
